Singing Group for people with Parkinson's
Research shows that singing can increase wellbeing for people with Parkinson's and reduce stress. Singing is recommended by Speech & Language therapists - and it's fun! Family members/carers welcome (no cost for companions)
Boxted village hall is 5 minutes drive north of Colchester. The address is Cage Lane, Boxted Cross, Colchester CO4 5RE.
The hall is fully accessible with plenty of parking on site
