Colchester Parkinson's Singing Group

Singing Group for people with Parkinson's

Fortnightly on Wednesdays, 11am-12am

 Boxted Village Hall

Next session 22nd September

Research shows that singing can increase wellbeing for people with Parkinson's and reduce stress. Singing is recommended by Speech & Language therapists - and it's fun! We sing for about an hour. Pre-pandemic we finished with coffee & biscuits, and will do so again once we are back into the swing of things.

We welcome new members! However please contact me first so that I can advise you of any continuing Covid safety measures in place. Subject to making the tech work, I'm planning to run hybrid sessions where you can either join me in the hall, or online via  Zoom. Please contact me for the Zoom link if you would like to join a trial session.

Interested? Please email colchester.singtobeat@gmail.com or via my contact form
