Singing Group for people with Parkinson's
Fortnightly on Wednesdays, 11am-12am
Boxted Village Hall
Subject to making the tech work, I'm planning to run hybrid sessions where you can either join me in the hall, or online via Zoom. Please contact me for the Zoom link if you would like to join a trial session
Next session 21st July. Sessions will then resume in September
For more details email firstname.lastname@example.org or via my contact form.
We welcome new members! However please contact me first - to comply with Covid restrictions I will need your contact details in advance and will need to send you details of the safety measures in place.
Research shows that singing can increase wellbeing for people with Parkinson's and reduce stress. Singing is recommended by Speech & Language therapists - and it's fun! We sing for about an hour. Pre-pandemic we finished with coffee & biscuits, and will hopefully do so again once restrictions have eased further.
