Research shows that singing can increase wellbeing for people with Parkinson's and reduce stress. Singing is recommended by Speech & Language therapists - and it's fun! We sing for about an hour. In normal times, we finish with coffee & biscuits, but for now do bring your drink to your screen! For more information on the benefits of singing for people with Parkinson's go to singtobeat.co.uk
